Use of Plugins

The information we collect is used to prepare de-identified reports for our clients about campaigns run on their behalf. The information that we share in these reports may also contain your identification data. Additionally, the information we collect about you may also be used by us or other companies in our group to create Derived Information which we and other companies in our group may use and share without restriction, including for the purpose of allowing our customers to provide you and other consumers with advertising, marketing, products and services which are likely to be of interest.
Please be aware that any personal information you submit as content to our sites may become publicly available and used by our clients. When you register as a member of the BzzAgent community, the personal information you provide when creating your account, filling out surveys, participating in our campaigns or in sweepstakes and submitting content to the public or community areas of the site are transferred to dunnhumby Inc. in the United States where our databases are hosted and managed. The transferred data will be processed by authorized teams of dunnhumby Inc. in charge of operating the platform, managing our campaigns and associated activities. Since such transfers involve a communication of your personal information outside of the European Union, dunnhumby Inc. has implemented measures in accordance with European data protection regulations to ensure an adequate level of protection to transferred personal information relating to you by way of data transfers agreements compliant with standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
We will retain your personal information for the duration of your registration on our site, as a member of the BzzAgent community. If you choose to close your account, your personal information will be suppressed except for data that we may need to retain to meet our legal obligations where relevant. We may also keep certain non-identifying information associated to your BzzAgent account for analytics purposes.
If your account remains inactive for 2 years, either because you haven’t logged-in to your BzzAgent account or have chosen not participate in our campaigns during such period, we will send you an e-mail to notify you of this and will provide you with the possibility to save your account within a period of 30 days from receiving our e-mail. If you choose not to save your account, your account and related personal information will be redacted except for data that we may need to retain to meet our legal obligations where relevant.
We take appropriate measures to keep your personal information secure and where we share your data with third parties require them to do the same. Access to your personal information is restricted to prevent unauthorised access, modification or misuse and is only permitted among our employees on a need-to-know basis.
We may track certain information such as type of browser and log on time for our own use. We use this information only to track where our users may be coming from and what type of software they are using. We record this information so we can continuously improve our users' online experience and improve the sites. None of this information will ever be traced back to any specific person. This information will never be retained any longer than is reasonably necessary.
If you choose to tell someone about our website through tools provided on the site, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as that person’s email address.
