Seemed like a good concept but the website did not last long. I used it during the holidays to do after Christmas shopping and ran into a problem. It linked me to an item on relic.com where I bought some clearance items. They fulfilled my order incorrectly but were unable to complete my order when I notified them immediately because the item became unavailable so they paid for my return shipping. Now I am still waiting for my refund and do not have the item I ordered. What a hassle! It could have been worse if it were a gift. They did not offer to comp me for the inconvenience caused by their mistake. I definitely would not recommend them and feel there is no loss that they shut down already since they linked me to a lousy online shopping website.
I did a review a while back on this site and thought I would do an updated version. I have been to the site a number of times now and here are my thought: Pros: Useful Links-the links for like trends, editors' picks and deals are very useful and easy to navigate and find My Favorites Link-puts all your previous likes into one centralized location, which is very convenient Top 10 hottest searches-this is great because it lets you see what other people are interested and tailor to your tastes Editor Pics-this sections is great it is full of nice photos with links and has the design layout of a magazine page Gift Ideas-I like that this section breaks down the link to gifts under 25, 50, and 100 dollars Celeb Style Links-this section is full of photos and has a nice range of celebrities to see their looks and emulate Cons: The Love @ First Sight Section-I wasn't impressed with any of the selections and I don't like the scrolling screen ideas that the site seems to have a lot of Overall price of the items on the site-I like the idea that they have a range of products, but many of the items are out of my price range. Why would I chose this site over going directly to Amazon or Zappos etc. I like the layout of the site, but the prices seem the same as other sites that sell on stylefind, so I'm not sure that I wouldn't just go to the original site. Overall, I like the layout of this site there are great pictures and the links are easy to navigate and understand. If your looking for both style advice and the option to buy products this site lays out everything in an easy to find and understand way that is user friendly.
Stylefind really is an amazing website when you come down to. Having used Google or Yahoo to search for outfits in the past, I often had trouble locating exactly what it is I wanted, or ended up looking through multiple results for the same item. Stylefinds search feature takes all of that hassle off of the table. When using Stylefind you can elect to browse through various categories, or simply type what you're looking for into the search bar prominently displayed at the top of the site. What makes the site truly unique isn't the style tips they provide or the deals, but the filtering options they allow. Instead of having to search through multiple pages to find what you want, or resorting to the typical "sort by price" or "sort by relevance" options, Stylefind allows you to filter your results across various categories to find exactly what you need. You can filter by style, brand, color, size, price, and trend. My personal favorites so far have been the style tab (allowing you to filter out only the articles of clothing you want to look at. For example, if you type in "sundress" you can filter by dresses to alleviate sunglasses from showing up in your search). I could also see the huge value in using the brand tab, as I am an avid wearer of American Eagle jeans and when shopping for denim won't even bother looking at anything else. However, I think it's really the size and price tabs that are the most valuable. How often have you fallen in love with a dress, a shoe, or something else on the internet only to realize your size is unavailable? or it's WAY out of your price change? By filtering by your size and limiting the results to within your price range you can alleviate this disappointment by not even bothering to look at what it is you can't have. Add to this the fact that you can also choose to view only items that are on sale or have free shipping and you have a website perfect for any recessionista!
My teenage daughter really likes style find she is always on there website looking for the latest fashion.Im so glad that she has this website that is also affordable for me too.And actually likes the clothes that are on style find. so thank-you very much style find
I like the idea behind StyleFind but the layout isn't the easiest to navigate nor is it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. The deals offered aren't really great deals as I had originally hoped. The styles are kind of all over the place. I think there is a better way to organize this site.
As I was looking around the site after the holiday's to see what was new, I was in shock to NOT see more things on sale :( I was hoping to be able to score some really great deals on some really cool items with some of the $$ the received from the holiday's. But no such luck for me. It is a wonderful site for those whom have the extra the $$ and those of us who love to look at what the stars are currently wearing. I will going to other sites to see if I can find other deals that might look similar to what I saw on Style Find, so it might look like I spent a million dollars even though I only spent a fraction of the cost!!
High Fashion Coming my way... Looking at the website I couldn't believe you could get designer items for great prices. I learned I could be the envy of my friends and everyone at work by looking my best in designer items for a steal... I just had to check out the under $100 section, under $50 section and oh yes thats right UNDER $25 SECTION!!!...I can't believe I can be a high class lady at a low cost to my wallet. I can also check out the what are the stars wearing/buying sections to look like my favorite celebrity. The site is great I will be telling my girlfriends how they can look good on a budget too.
After browsing around at the bargains and deals displayed on StyleFind, I saw many things that were beautiful and that I would love to have...if I had the extra money to spend. Most of the things on the site are way out of my price range. I did, however, see a few coupon codes that I could put to use on other websites, like Teleflora, so those might be more useful for someone like me who can't afford to spend $995 on a jacket. To sum it up--I think the website is a good idea, but it just really isn't for me. I don't have the extra money to spend on items that are this expensive.
I subscribed to this site for awhile but ultimately deleted it due to the products being offered were a tad bit pit of my budget. I know that they offered name brand products at a lower price, but when the times are tough like today I need items that are more practical and don't cost so much. I made the decision to unsubscribe after a few weeks of getting emails from them with products no less than $90, and when a product did come in that was less it was for something that was of no need it was just something else to sit in my closet getting worn and I just don't have money to waste like that.
Pretty good site for the fashionista! I gave the site a 4 star rating because it doesn't offer "great" deals on designer items. I do like the fact they do have coupons and they do offer discount on items. But I love steals, which this site lacks! I do however love that it is a one stop shop... makeup, bags, clothes, accessories, and shoes. Even though it's pricey, it is still worth looking at and maybe you'll be lucky and score that designer item at a cheaper price!
Load more Sike! There's nothing else to show right now, but check back soon for more great BzzAgent-submitted content.
