Talk about us! We're the hands, hearts and sustainable minds creating a net zero energy affordable home. We are Team Boston, students from Boston Architectural College and Tufts University, working for nearly 2 years to create Curio.House. One of our goals is to win the Solar Decathlon competition. Most importantly we want to engage you in our green project.
Talk about energy! There's the energy from our team of over 100 students creating the best sustainable house. Then there's the energy we plan to save. Check out the passive heating windows with water pouring between two panes of glass. How about the adjustable concrete foundation that adapts to uneven surfaces? There's so much in Curio.House.
Talk about challenges! We are building this house in Boston and trucking it to Washington DC. Build, unbuild, rebuild and educate all along the way. It's a big project needing fans and sponsors like you. Please buy a raffle ticket. Generate green momentum. Support our project with your community.
