TGI Friday's > Good Managing Makes a Huge Difference

As someone with dietary restrictions and an allergic-like reaction to pepper, eating out can be difficult if the server, chef, and ultimately the manager(s) don't take things seriously. The only TGIF I've been to that's never screwed up any of my meals is on Route 1 in Dedham, MA. The manager there, Joe, I believe, was charming, hospitable and eager to please. He oversaw everything and because his staff is keen to providing excellent service and is knowledgeable about allergies and double-checks ingredients, I highly recommend that location.
