I must admit that Shadowmarch selections did not pull me in. I was surprised to receive the whole book, but resolved to bzz! The best bzz was deciding to give the book to my significant other's youngest brother (an avid sci/fi fan). He was so excited to get the book - I was the only person to give him a book for Christmas and he does love to read. He wasn't familiar with the author, but I told him how the book had developed online and he was able to publish it. He loves epic science fiction and I think he'll be getting the next volume for his birthday. I can't wait to hear what he thinks of Shadowmarch
