My friend Luci came over and we starting talking about our New Years resolutions. One of hers was to read more and watch less tv. She asked me if I had read any good books lately and I told her that I had read Shadowmarch and what a good read it was. She asked me if I got it at the library and I told her no and that I happened to have it on my shelf. I went and got it for her and she scanned thru it and asked me if she could borrow it. I told her sure. She said she is not usually into sci-fi or fantasy, but had just read Planet of the Apes and wanted to start reading more. I told her to let me know how she liked it when she was done.
