I love the Special K protein shakes. they are a favorite in my house with my kids as well. I love that they are portable and they give you a full feeling. I dont like food first thing in the morning but need to have something before i workout. The shakes are great for that. view more

I recently has a tooth extracted and needed to have something in my stomach to take pain medications. My husband brought home some Special K protein shakes because it was something easy to swallow. I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor was great and they are very filling. Even after my tooth is better I will definately get them again view more

I do not get enough protein in my diet and had been looking for a way to add protein without adding a lot of calories. I have tried both the vanilla and chocolate shakes. I thought I'd try these for something different bsides my No Sugar Added Carnation Instant Breakfast. I got the chocolate variety. It was so gross I couldn't even finish it. It had this real chalky rancid taste. Maybe I just got a bad pack but I won't be taking another chance on it. I'll be giving the other three to my sister who seems to like them. I guess it's for the best since they're so high in sugar (sure as heck wouldn't know there's sugar in it from the taste). view more

I've only tried the chocolate flavour, but it is delicious! I used to drink Carnation Instant Breakfast (chocolate) or Slim Fast (chocolatey royale), but now that I've had the Special K Protein Shake, I can't see myself ever going back. The only problem is that I haven't found them in Canada so I have to make a border run (2 hours) to get my stash! I really like how they are chocolately and not too sweet, and not at all chalky. Best right out of a cold fridge, these shakes are a great snack post-workout or a lunch on the go (though you'll need a small snack before dinner). view more
