Our house in the middle of our street!

We had a Pulte home built for us back in 2000. We were so proud. We had never had a home before. After ten years though I have found a number of things over the years that were incorrect and wrong. I have a door to replace and the door size they used is only special order, because it doesn't exist in that size. Instead of screwing closet bars and shelves into the cieling they just put tons of small nails. I found cracks in portions of the walls that were obviously filled with putty or plaster. So they knew about it. I took up the carpet to put down hardwood and there were chips and lumps on the concrete. Everything was perfect in the process dealing with them, but really look deep before you close. view more
