Light Soups with TONS of flavor!

I love that this line of soups is endorsed by Weight Watchers. I can have the whole can if I am really hungry and it does not blow my whole day. the light soups are packed with flavor, come in a ton of varieties and are just plain good! I love the new zesty southwest chicken. A ton of flavor, not at all watery. Although, truth be told, my most favorite soup of theirs is the traditional minestrone. So, so good! view more

Homemade soup without the cooking!

I am a huge fan of Progresso soups! You get a very generous amount for a great price. The taste is absolutely fabulous, it resembles something you would be in the kitchen for hours making. I definitely recommend this to anyone! view more

Progresso's Minestrone is delicious

I love Minestrone soup. When I don't have the time or energy to make my own from scratch, I get Progresso's Minestrone. It's delicious. It's full of flavor and almost tastes as good as homemade. And it's easy to get coupons for their soup. Couple that will a good sale and get a great deal. view more

Best flavors!

Progresso soups has by far the best selection of flavor of any company out there. Sone of my favorites are the macaroni and bean, lentil, and potato broccoli chowder. I bring these for lunch everyday beginning in the fall throughout the winter. view more

Chicken Noodle

I love Progresso soups. They contain far too much sodium, but that is what makes them so good! The low calories make up for the high sodium content and this is great to eat when you are trying to keep the calorie intake down. view more

Good enough

Progresso soups are alright, though they pale in comparison to Campbell's chunky soups. The microwave bowls are nice and convenient. I did get a great recipe (Skillet Chicken Parmesan that's very cheesy) off the back of a Costco pack of Progresso bread crumbs. view more

Close to homemade in a can.

These are great to have on hand for lunches or when someone is sick. They are close to that homemade taste without all the effort! If I had one suggestions, if there could be a chicken noodle without celery for my picky husband I think I'd be in heaven! view more

Progresso Light: Chicken & Dumpling

This soup is certainly filling, although maybe not quite as much as some of the other Light soups I've had. The chicken was good - nice and tender with no grisly pieces (yay!) and there were plenty of carrots, green beans, celery and pieces of onions. The dumplings were a bit of a let down though. They had pretty much no flavor (in fact, I felt the soup as a whole could have used some more salt; but it has 690 mg of sodium, so you would think it would have plenty of flavor!)... Consistency-wise, they were squishy yet firm (as a good dumpling should be) and there were a lot of them. But taste-wise, they left a bit to be desired. For those who are curious: 1 cup (1/2 a can) of this is 1 Weight Watcher point. The entire can (which is what I eat) is 3 WW points... I probably won't buy this again. view more

The only canned soup i buy

I am usually the make it myself kind of gal, but sometimes you just cant. Progresso soup is the only canned soup brand that I will purchase. The other brands dont taste as good, and have a lesser quality. A family favorite when not feeling well is the Italian Wedding Soup. If one of the kids reaches for that can the first thing I ask is "are you feeling okay" I soon found out that they liked it so much they were eating it even when they felt fine. view more

Three weeks ago I had gallbladder surgery and have been on a soft solids/ liquid diet. Progresso has provided me with a variety of flavors and I can have low sodium or high fiber. I have been able to keep on my diet and still have variety! view more
