Petfinder helps pups and people I used Petfinder to find a puppy to bring home, but when I didn't find the perfect pup I found a rescue organization through petfinder that was close-by and allowed me to foster a pup until I found one of my own. Pet Finder I'm going to start of by saying I like Pet Finder and I love what they do my only problem is they never have the dog I want if they do its in another state and I don't want anyone to ship a dog to me, i think that is horrible for any animal to travel that way. Then some of the rescues that are in other states won't let me adopt because I live too far away from them. I really want a small breed puppy. But all my area has is pitbulls and abused/disabled small dogs. I wish Pet Finder add a space in the search for ill dogs that way they can be separated. view more	Jul 4, 2011	33

Adopt a Pet! I live in NYC and I've adopted two dogs using Petfinder. It's an amazing tool to search for amazing pets who are in need of a home. I had a specific breed in mind and petfinder made it so easy to search the area. My first dog came from a shelter in my NJ and we had such an amazing experience that we used petfinder to find another dog. This time we got a puppy from a rescue group in the MidWest. I found Sidle! When we lost one of our mutts, the puppy we had at the time lost a friend and playmate. I got on petfinder.com and found Sidle...well...he was named Goofy at the time...which caught my eye! Mixed Up Mutts had saved him from the local pound. I still call him Goofy...but he's my Sidle. Great Idea, could be better I love the idea of a mutlit sized bra. I had just been sized for bras a few weeks ago, so I knewIi was a 34C. Based on the size chart for the Barley There CustomFlex Fit bra, I would wear a M. First mistake. The cup sizing runs larger. Second mistake: I opted for the unpadded underwire. Unfortunately, this option does not provide the "girls" enough support or coverage. So, no, those are not buttons on my waistband, showing through my shirt...Great Idea! I love the concept. I would like to try the other options, now that I know the cup sizes are a little large and the unpadded are for girls in their 20's who've never had kids. :o) The material is great! The chest size was right on the money. The underwire isn't digging into my ribs and it has washed very well so far. I'll even confess, I've thrown it in the dryer by accident and still no underwire escaping from the edges or bending out of wack. Great way to find they type of dog you w... Petfinder is a great places to find dogs and so much more. I used it when I decided that I was ready for a dog, but had no clue what breed I wanted. I really didn't know many breeds at all. I was able to search the website for small dogs and see which ones I thought were cute. Great website to find a new pet. I used pet finder to find my Westie. This site is wonderful. It tells you if the animal has health issues, if it gets along with other pets, If it is good with children, the age of the pet, and the location. There are a lot of animal shelter pets on this site which I love. I would much rather pay to adopt a pet from a shelter and save it's life then I would to buy from a breeder. I love this site and would highly recomend it for anyone looking for a new pet. Go and take a look around. I bet you find what you are looking for. Most of the listing have a picture of the pet. PetFinder is a Great Website to Search f... I used PetFinder as a tool to narrow down my search to adopt our puppy and it helped find adoptable pets from many shelters all over my surrounding area. Best pet "finder" tool out there! I work in the Adoptions department at the local shelter and I suggest Petfinder to potential adopters multiple times a day. I even suggest it over our own website. Great Way to Adopt a Pet I'm writing this on my dog's birthday :-) We found her four years ago at petfinder.com. I appreciate the site's posting of photos and information about the foster agencies. The woman we got our dog from was friendly and had a very comprehensive adoption process...she checked more references than I've had to give for job interviews! The best way to find your next pet I used Petfinder to adopt my dog, and had a great experience. Most dogs have pictures, a few are starting to have video, and many of them have detailed descriptions from foster parents. Having this type of information about a dog's personality is key to finding a good match. Just okay We tried Pet Finder to find a dog. We found the website alright -- there certainly was a database on it, but we found that quite a few of the entries had old information or wrong information on it, and especially misleading information. We would contact the seller of the dog only to find that the real story wasn't exactly what was posted on Pet Finder. We found the info on the website too vague. view more	May 25, 2010	54
