My family has watched new movies, old movies, even the entire series of "The Sopranos", along with an older series "Quantum Leap". They have classic films and television series alike. 	What would I do without Netflix? Netflix is not only a favorite of mine because of their service offerings, but also the advances they continue to make in their Supply Chain which further enable them to dazzle the customer. Two of my favorite points are that they keep track of how long it takes for them to receive a return rental from you, and if it seems like there was a delay they literally begin an investigation. They will email you and ask when you put the return movie in the mailbox, and where. If you were simply a little later than usual in returning the film, and that explains it, then the investigation stops. However, if you did everything the same as you always do, then they start investigating why something went wrong in the delivery/mail system that created a delay. They report back to you and always try to compensate you in some manner. Additionally, you are never deleted from their database. So if you need to stop receiving Netflix for a while because you're moving or you can't afford it for a little bit, when you do want to re-enroll it takes all of about 30 seconds. 	Nothing Better I am a busy mom of 3 kids and I also work full time. After the kids go to bed I get my movie time. My husband and I continue to love and use netflix because we do not have to drive to the store to pick out a movie and we can watch it whenever we want. If a kid gets sick and that movie sits on our tv for a week....no fees. We also paired it up with our blue ray player and can watch tv shows and movies anytime without even waiting for a disk in the mail. 	The "office spy" commercial Why aren't you on netflix yet?!? Seriously. I was a holdout, but... I'm a movie buff, and got sick of hearing "huh? what?" from the local video store. If you like foreign films, art films, anime... whatever, they have lots of obscure and small studio stuff. I was delighted. I get put on a lot of 'wait' lists for obscure stuff, but they are SO NICE. When it's available - even though I'm only a 'one at a time' movie customer, they SEND IT ANYWAY - NO EXTRA CHARGE!!! This has happened THREE times!!! They check up on you (via e-mail) and whenever I've called at odd hours - like 11pm (cuz of problems with sound-sync on instant view videos) they have been so nice and cool. And get it fixed! I even got my free trial, even though my college-student sister had used our address before on break. And it has a 'smart cue' that learns what you like based on your ratings, like on amazon, and you can BANISH items so they stop coming up. 	Unavailable until when?!?! I subscribe to Netflix. I used to love it, but of late I have found that there are dozens of titles which have unavailable discs. These are mostly anime titles, but there are other genres as well. They just sit in my saved section and it seems that they will never be replaced. It's exceedingly frustrating to me as I'm not going to buy these titles until I get to watch them first. 	Streaming on xBox Live I used to have Netflix back when it first started. But once I saw that they had the streaming option on xBox Live, I knew I had to sign up again. 	My Kids LOVE Netflix My kids are so excited everyday to check the mail to see if they've received another movie from Netflix. We get whole seasons of Transformers, X-Men, He-Man, etc cartoons and my kids get hours of fun for $18 a month.
