#1 Mcdonalds I live in Paola Kansas, home of the best McDonalds crew in the world. I go to our Mcdonalds a few times a week and every time I walk in the door I am greeted by name. Most of the employees could tell you what I normally eat and drink. They are always smiling and friendly. You get what you pay for Sadly, McDonald's for me has slipped in the past few years. I still go there quite frequently but their service as a whole has gone to the dogs. Many times my food will be served cold, I'll get the wrong order, or as what happened one time I got a box of limes in place of a salad. McDonald's Hung Out to Dry I've been a patron of McDonald's for years, yet I've now found myself going anywhere other than McDonald's when possible for several reasons. Let me address just one of those reasons...size. McDonald's has been shown in medical/health study after study to have extremely high calorie levels in the majority of the foods they offer. It appears that to resolve that issue, and decrease the number of calories in their products, they have put them in the drier and shrunk them to half the size. Did you ever eat a BIG Mac when they first came out (and for several years after)? They were BIG and juicy and delicious. My son brought home a Big Mac the other day and it was nearly the size of a silver dollar. Some other fast food restaurants would call those "sliders", but McDonald's continues to call them BIG Macs. which is a lie. Next time you visit McDonald's (less is better), check out the size of their food offerings. They have definitely shrunk, while the prices have increased. I avoid McDonald's at all costs .... The only time I eat at McDonald's is when I have NO other options. Why? Because their food is horrible and I literally feel sick every time I eat there. The fries are good, and when I do have to eat there I will get a chicken sandwich, which is OK. I will never again eat a burger from McDonalds. They could just get a little more creatvie with thier menu and making things quick but healthy! Childhood memories I have always loved McDonald's. I used to love to get the toy out of my happy meal. It was always something cool. One of my favorite meals is the Angus Bacon and Cheese, large with a sweet tea! Right now, though, I LOVE their McRibs! Mickey D's I love McDonald's. I worked there in my teens into my 20's for 5 years. I became a supervisor and had an opportunity to grow if I choose to. I love making McDonald's food and I loved serving the customers. McDonald's helped me get my foot in the door to a very successful company. Ol' Mc'Donalds I would definitely rank McD's at the top of my list for fast food. I do believe their fries are simply the best!!!!! Prices are comparable or less than most other fast food chains. I am a little disappointed by the online monopoly game again this year, since that is traditionally my favorite time of year at mc d's. Please Ronald, if you're listening, bring back the old game board that makes me feel like I'm playing instead of throwing a stupid card at a hat - BORING!!!! Happy meals still make me happy - even as an adult, i am still somehow intrigued by the toy inside as many of them are so cute. I like the healthier menu selection, but hope they throw some caution to extending the menu to far out there. Sometimes there just seem to be too many options and new limited time items - I like the tradional concepts with a healthy option. I wonder what ever came of the McLean???? It fell off a few years ao I think - I'm not really sure how healthy it was, but I do recall ordering it a fair amount of the time. I am definitely a fan of the any size soda for a dollar!!! McDonalds. I've been to McDonalds many many times before , when there is basicly no time to make food or anything. McDonalds is a great place to go when your on the go. But my concerns are if the food is heathly or not? I dont think so, i dont like going there as much because of the concerns. The Shrinking Big Mac It seems that either my hands are getting bigger, or McDonalds portion sizes are getting smaller. I remember at one time the big mac being, well, a big burger but it seems to be slowly shrinking, just like pop bottles used to be 600ML now they are 591ML. not healthy, but tastes sooo good i just love mcdonalds! I know there are healthier option when you go there, but I love their French Fries and the Big Mac! My daughter, who never eats meat, loves the chicken Mcnuggets, so we buy them more than you'd think! If you are on a tight budget the dollar menu is awesome! I love the hot n spicy chicken sandwich. rigvht the first time i wonder if they can ever gvet an order correct. i go through with my kids once a week and the only reason we keep going back is they are the only place out here for fast food , its on the way to the rink and its convient., But they have yet to get my sons and daugvhters order right, and act as if we slapped them when we ask them to correct it ( they are allergic to cheese and ask they not put it on the buirgvers) i swear you ask for the counter persons first born child the way they look at you and because they are usally out back textingv there friends and messing around its hard to get anyones attention when you do come in to order,. im sorry for interuptingv your play time children but im a PAYING customer who in turn assists in paying your wages , so please make the correct burgver the first time and do it with the " free" smiles on your face i used to get years ago when customer ervice was a good thing view more	Oct 12, 2011	22
Getting better but still not there I'm glad to see that McDonalds is trying to become healthier by offering several breakfast options that are low calorie and apples instead of fries in the happy meals. One of my favorite meals is a grilled honey mustard snack wrap with a fruit and yogurt parfait and a small fry. I hope they continue to offer more healthy options, like different salad, grilled chicken, maybe sub-type sandwiches? It also frustrates me that their Monopoly pieces seem to me on their high calorie items like the large fries. Caramel Apple Sundae I stopped my McDonalds with the family tonight for dinner, saw they had a new sundae and decided to give it a try. Wow! If you haven't tried one of these yet you are missing out big time! I'm not usually a huge McDonalds fan but this sundae was delicious! Addicted to Crap When McDonald's is good--it is very, very good...but when it is bad.... I went through drive thru last week and was hugely disappointed. My burger (Quarter Pounder) was Hard-dry-and nasty! The fries were pale and cold. Of course I ate it! It is too much a pain in the butt to spend the next 30 minutes of my time getting it fixed...If it is going to take me that long to get a meal I may as well fix it my self. Bad for us...I think not! I don't believe those movies made to make mcdonalds look like the bad one here. We choose what to put in ours bodies,not mcdonalds. Mcdonalds has some amazing healthy choices like grilled chicken sandwiches,salads and wraps. It's not like anyone is forcing the food down our throats. I love the Monopoly game! It's that time of year again!! Monopoly at McDonald's! I adore this board game and the fact that you can win a bunch of awesome things just for eating at McDonalds is so fun. Great Selection I have always been a huge fan of Mcdonald's and know I take my kids their. I have noticed huge changes with McDonalds in the past few years with their menu. There are so many healthy choice's and it taste so good. I usually always had the quarter pounder however, I recently tried the Angus burger which is now my new favorite. I always find the food to be good and the service is always friendly. Quick Meal on the Go I went into McDonalds the other day I got a Big Mac meal which I have not had in ages. I was shocked at how pricey it was. Over 7 dollars!!! Really I could go to Red Robin or a restaurant for that price. I will admit the nostalgia of a Big Mac and fries take me back to being a kid, but really? Strawberry Banana Smoothie I have bought both the Wild Berry Smoothie and Strawberry Banana Smoothie and would have to say the Strawberry Banana one is the best. It has a good taste, just enough banana to not over power the strawberry, they can be quite thick when you first get them but I find them best after you let them sit for a little bit. There was one time that I got one and whatever they use for the banana must had been getting old because it had that old banana taste in it. mcdonalds I love mcdonald. From where I live, they're a couple of miles away but have very good customer service. They are very sanitary as I used to work there (manager are very strict about sanitary). Anyways, customer are handled very professional compare to the BK near me. Depends on who is working McDonalds is the place you go to eat when you are on the run and need a quick cheap meal. Most everything on the menu is unhealthy, but it does the job and tastes pretty good. The biggest problem is going when people who care are working.
