A step-up from hand-mixing! I had for a long time, wanted a kitchenaid mixer and after visiting a family for a birthday party and seeing their kitchenaid mixer work, I was convinced to get one for myself! It honestly, is so easy to use, easy to clean-up after and requires little effort on my part to make some sugary deserts! YUM! Kitchenaid Microwave I have a builtin Kitchenaid Superba microwave. It stopped working and gave a burning smell. I had a repairman look at it and it was identified that the magnetron is bad. KitchenAid Artisan KSM150PS I won this KitchenAid mixer about a month ago and it has made my life a lot easier. This KitchenAid mixer came with a flat beater for general mixing, dough hook to knead dough, and a wire whip for whipped cream meringues, and icings. It also came with a pour shield that minimized splashing and flour poofing while adding in extra ingredients. It has a 5 quart mixing bowl, which is big enough to make over 8 dozen cookies at one time! I like the fact that I no longer have to knead my dough. I love that every time I cook my mixing and kneading time is cut in half (if not shorter) and my dough looks more beautiful than before the mixer. love my kitchenaid My husband bought my the 6qt mixer as a Christmas gift many years ago. It has mixed cookies galore, dozens of wedding cakes, hundreds of pounds of frosting and even the occasional meatloaf. yes, meatloaf, with the dough hook, so I dont have to put my hands in it. It's still going strong and not about to fail anytime soon. This quality piece of machinery will probably still be running, even once I am no longer! great product If you are like me, anything that can help save time in the kitchen is a plus. I have quite a few time-saving kitchen gadgets, including food processors and blenders, to help me with cutting, chopping and mincing. Sometimes you only need a little chopped onion or one minced garlic. Sometimes you just need a few chopped nuts to top off a sundae. That's why I have the Farberware Food Chopper with soft grips. The Farberware Food Chopper with soft grips is just right for when you don't need to or don't feel like dragging out your big food processor. It also comes in handy when you don't feel like crying over your chopped onions. It is very easy to use and clean-up is a breeze. All you need to do is open it and rinse. It will chop or mince almost any vegetable. It will chop herbs and nuts. I even use it to chop certain candies to use in cookies or ice cream. It is a good size to keep on the counter and comes in different colors to match your kitchen decor. Mine is black. The soft grips on the Farberware Food Chopper make it easier on your hands when pushing down to chop the food and there are places to put your fingers to hold the plunger in place while chopping. There is also a cup that you can chop in or you can chop directly onto your cutting board. It is very convenient and rather inexpensive at only $7.99. Great Product! The new mixer (KitchenAid Commercial 5 Series 5 Qt. Stand Mixer in White KM25G0XWH)does everything the old one did, except that it has a little more noise. While that in no way reflects on the quality of the mixer, it is a little annoying. However, that is a small price to pay for such a high quality product. We did not want just the hype, but a true commercial quality mixer. My wife does some heavy baking of cookies, cakes, etc for all of our kids and grandkids, and she is very happy with this mixer. We purchased this one instead of the high end consumer mixer because we had such great use out of the old one. 6 Quart KA Lift Bowl I purchased a refurbished Cinnamon 6 quart KitchenAid pro directly from KitchenAid. I love it and have had zero problems with it. It outshines the Hamilton Beach stand mixer I had before that died after 3 months of use. My KitchenAid has been put through the paces in my kitchen as I do a lot of baking, mixing icing, and making royal icing. I heart my KitchenAid mixer! I received the KitchenAid Professional HD Mixer as a Christmas gift 8 months ago. It?s a heavy duty mixer, has a 9 quart mixing bowl, 3 mixing attachments, and 10 speeds. Unlike the Artisan, the Pro has a bowl lift system, rather than a tilting head. It also does not come in an array of bright, trendy colors, but it is a brushed nickel finish that looks classy on my kitchen counter. I have made everything from cheesecake to mashed potatoes in it, and it has been great for all uses. It mixes thoroughly and evenly, and even when mixing a bowl full of mashed potatoes it was heavy enough not to rock or even wiggle. The best mixer I got my first Kitchen Aid Mixer as a gift during the holidays, unfortunately my first mixer developed a terrible knocking noise within the first year of having it. I contacted the company and they sent me a new one with an upgrade! The newer one I received has been with me for over 7 years now and no problems at all. Large Stand Mixer I got my stand mixer as a gift. I loved it from the first use. It has helped cut preping time! useful but bulky I have fallen in love with making bread. However, probably not using the right kneading technique, i developed a cyst on my wrist from kneading! My husband brought me a kitchenaid, and man!!! i sure saved so much time kneading bread. Kitchenaid Mixer This mixer is amazing. I have owned one for 9 years and it is still going on strong. In fact, my grandmother had one from way back in the day and it is still running like a charm. It doesn't matter if the dough you are mixing is super thick, it will still mix like it is water. I have many attachments for this monster of a machine, but I have only used a few of them. The only downside is the heaviness of this mixer, you can't take it in and out of cabinet. KitchenAid Mixer My husband suprised me with this almost 5 years ago. I was very intimidated with it at first, and let it sit for over a year before I used it. Dishwasher This is the most amazing dishwasher I have every used. First, it is so quiet I actually had to put my ear to the door to see if it was on and I had hooked it up correctly. The insulating blanket surrounding the dishwasher is THICK and very well made there was even a piece to slide under it after the unit was installed to help dampen the sound from the bottom (where the motor is). The whole tub inside and out is stainless steel which is so clean and nice and STAINLESS so that was a big seller for me as we have very hard water in this area. The racks hold a lot, but my large plates need to skip a space between so that they do not overcrowd. The top rack can move down giving an extra 2 inches of space on the top for 11 inches on both top and bottom or up for 9 inches on top and 13 on bottom. There is a special setting for really baked on nastiness called potscrubber that aims 5 jets at the mess if you load it in the very back of the bottom rack positioned at the 60 degree angle slant. This works very well on all settings AND has a beep when the unit is completely done going through the cycles! (That's not mentioned in the book!) This replaced a Maytag that was producing dirtier dishes than I put in, and Kitchenaid says you don't have to rinse...I haven't and everything is sparkling. I waited 10 years for this mixer I fell in love with this mixer brand in high school and waited for 10 years until we were more established until I finally bought one for myself as a graduation present when I got my bachelors degree. I use this for everything, slicing potatoes to fry on the stove, making bread dough, cake mixes, cookie mixes, frosting, pasta dough and noodles. I haven't used the juicer yet or the meat attachments. KitchenAid Mixer I've known about the joys of the KitchenAid mixer, but due to having a small kitchen, we hadn't unpacked ours (which we got over a year ago) until last week. And we've already used it several times. Not only is it easy to use, but it cuts down prep work by SO much! Cleanup is pretty easy (we don't put stuff in the dishwasher, but I'm sure you can). Kitchen Aide, great for your kitchen I really love my Kitchenaid appliances. I bought a stand mixer knowing all the great things I could make using it. Then I knew that I needed a food processer for those quicker uses. My grandkids really love the food processer and putting vegies in for slicing. I have also purchased a toaster from Kitchenaid and find that it is a great purchase also. What got me started on Kitchenaid products was a Christmas present I received about 15 years ago. KitchenAid Artisan Series 5 Qt. Stand Mi... My parents purchased the KitchAid mixer for me as a Christmas present two years ago. They have had one for years and it has never had an issue and all. It is a wonderful product. Every KitchenAid product I have ever used works great!! This mixer makes baking so much easier. I can make dough, cookies, cakies anything. I make brioche dough a lot and I need a good mixer because it takes FOREVER to incorporate all that butter. This mixer works so great, even it is has been on for a while! I never do anything manually, not even cookie dough. They also have all sorts of attachments and add ons. Of course they are extra, but they are awesome. I have a meat grinder and the pasta roller! There is no need to buy all sorts of different machines. This can do the job of many! This is a breeze and the clean up is easy. Just remove the bowl and wash it out. Generations of KitchenAid My mom has had a Kitchenaid mixer since before I can remember. I grew up learning to cook and bake using it and for my wedding, she bought me my own. Its a must-have for any baker or cook, especially with the attachments (there is a variety of these). It isn't just the mixer that I love though. I have the measuring spoons, kitchen accessories and appliances (including fridge and stove). Kitchenaid crockpot I got the Kitchenaid 7 qt crockpot for Mother's Day last year. I love the size and that it has a removable crock. My only complaints are that the stainless steel tarnishes too easily, and that replacement crocks are impossible to find. LOve my stand mixer I have kitchenaids stand mixer in white. i love it it works so great and you do not have to sit there and hold a mixer to the point your arm feels like it will fall off !! It is great for cakes and making breads, and I even use it to mix meatloaf , and i dont even have to touch the raw ingredients how great is that ??? It mixed it up as well as i could and came out great !! The only problem I have with this mixer is the size and how much counter space it takes up, but I just think that it has to be because it works so well !!! Great mixers I've currently have an Artisan Stand mixer, which I love. For tabletop mixers, Kitchenaid is what we used in the restaurant and bakeries I trained in. However, if you're going to be mixing bread dough or anything viscous you need a Pro Line series with all steel gears - the nylon gears will strip in an Artisan if you try to make dough.
