I absolutely love Kashi's Go Lean Crunch Cereal. I've tried a few of the other cereals Kashi puts out but the Go Lean Crunch is my all time favorite. It's packed full of the fiber and protein my body needs to stay active in the morning. I also love the fact that it's all natural and is not full of corn syrup or partially hydrogenated oils like some of the other fiber cereals out on the market. view more

First off, I am a huge fan of the Kashi brand. Kashi cereals are always in our cabinet, and I eat them quite often. The Go Lean collection features high fiber and high protein cereals. What I really like about the Go Lean cereals is that they are all natural. No artificial ANYTHING, which is really important to me. They sweeten their cereals naturally, not with high fructose corn syrup or any junk like that. Kashi Go Lean Crunch is a really tasty cereal. It is the crunchiest cereal I've ever had! I have to let it get a bit soggy first, since it is almost too hard when it is dry. It has a lightly sweet cinnamon flavor, and I often add extra cinnamon which is marvelous. Kashi cereals always fill me up without making me feel sluggish. I get long-lasting energy and I don't feel any sugar crash later on. I get gradually hungry instead of an all-of-a-sudden hunger. I gladly pay a little more for Kashi cereals, especially the Go Lean collection with all of that protein and fiber. view more
