I love Jillian Michaels work out DVDs. Anyone of them will get you in great shape if you work as hard as she encourages you to do. Whether it's her 40 minute DVDs (Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones), or her 20 minute videos, I can usually fit in a work out even when I work a 12 hour day. I lost 25 lbs over a year without strict dieting and now look and feel great. Her instructions are easy to follow and she encourages you to push yourself harder with every exercise. I highly recommend her 6 Week 6 Pack DVD that focuses on your abs and core. Her Yoga DVD is a nice change of pace for lighter, lower impact days. Her brand new Ripped in 30 DVD will take you to the next level once you've worked her way through the rest of her series. The only one I didn't love was her Shred it with Weights DVD, and only because I didn't want to purchase an expensive kettlebell to follow that work out. Give her a try as your trainer and you will love the results! view more

I discovered Jillian Michaels about a year ago when I saw that her exercise DVD, The Shred, was the #1 exercise DVD on amazon.com. I faithfully did her program for 30 days straight and then worked out 4-6 days per week after that, and at 47 I have never been in better shape. Only making small changes in my eating habits, I was able to drop 15 lbs., add lots of muscle, and reach my weight goal. I have so much energy and my metabolism is revved up all the time. I'm able to eat what I want (reasonable quantities of course) and maintain my weight by using this, and her new workout, Ripped in 30, 3-5 times per week. In less than 30 minutes she has you dripping with sweat and wanting to curse her. Very effective circuit training method of 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs, cycled through 3 times. Don't waste your time at the gym for hours when you can have a butt kickin' workout in under 30 minutes that will transform your body if you stick to it! view more

I love Jillian Michael's. I own several of her DVDs. She is my favorite trainer. After two childbirth, I gained a lot of weights. I'd tried so many way to shred the extra pounds away from my body including to drink the Slim Fast and diets. But none of them worked! Until one day I was browsing on the Amazon and found out Jillian's '30 Days Shred' was on sale. I read all of the user reviews and purchased one for myself. That totally changed my life. Since then, I lost over 60 pounds by following the workouts with her on DVDs. I don't have to pay a lot of money to join the gym or buy any expensive equipment. All I need is a pair of dumbbells and a mat. My body shape totally transformed. I am in much better body shape than I was single. It's really amazing!! I wish I could thank her in person and gave her a big hug. She is the best!!! view more

I love jillian michaels and her workout tapes. I love that she is no nonsense and gets you moving. I feel it after a workout and I know that I can getting stronger. She is amazing. I do think that she is getting a little too commercial but hey, she has a huge fan base. I think she is a positive role model for young and old alike. The thing I love the most about Jillian Michaels is that she gives a lot of people (myself include) the drive and encouragement to get up and get fit. She's earned the title "America's toughest trainer" and I love that she is. Whenever I'm about to wimp out of something I ask myself what Jillian would say to me. I love Jillian Michaels. She is so REAL! She was a chubby child and decided in her teens to take charge and get in shape. She practices what she preaches and that is something I admire. I follow her tweets and she has a weekly give-a-way of products she endorses. Her website is very helpful and informative, as are her books. Her DVDs will kick your butt! She has such enthusiasm for what she does. This is very motivating. I would highly recommend Jillian's website, books and DVDs to anyone who wants to lose weight, get in shape and learn about healthy nutrition along the way. view more
