Hawthorne is the kind of nurse you want on your side. She is the kind of nurse who fights for her patients and doesn?t let them slip through the cracks. When necessary, she takes on doctors and administrators who are overworked, distracted or just unable to see the human being behind the hospital chart.

HawthoRNe TV I was so sad to see Christina and Tom break up. Season finale: I totally thought that Tom was going to "be there" for Christina some how, because that's what she told her shrink she wanted for him. Absolutely Love It I've never been a fan of medical dramas but I decided to watch this one when I began to see the previews for the series premiere a few years ago. Jada Pinkett-Smith acting in a sitcom peaked my curiosity I think. I didn't necessarily plan to like it but I love it. Although it's a medical drama, the majority of each episode's plot is based off of the main characters versus the different patients that are in and out of the hospital. I like the consistency and Jada Pinkett-Smith's acting skills are impressive, particularly this season. Kudos to her and the production team. view more	Jul 21, 2011	22

I love HAwthoRNe I love this show, it is a really great one, going into the lives of the patients and the nurses and doctors. The relationships that form are interesting and the problems that present themselves are fascinating. The character of Christina Hawthorne is very very good, she is a single parent who's lost her husband and has to raise a daughter and take care of a nursing staff, and patients on top of that. I think the first season should have gotten more views, people didn't really watch as they should have and should tune in now for it's second season.
