Didnt work for my little guy

I had a friend who recently transitioned her son from formula to whole milk and had a couple of cans of this formula left. It wasnt expired yet so I thought I would give it a try for my little guy. Trust Good Start

My son had really bad reflux and things got a bit better when we switched to Good Start and never looked back. He was so much happier, less gassy and you could tell he felt better. If our next baby has to be on formula, we will be using good start again!!!! view more

Great formula

I have used good start all through my son's first year and have been very satisfied with it. And in turn have used the nestle cereals as well. But have to say I'm a bit disappointed that the rewards program is gone. It was nice having that there as an added incentive to buying their formula and really felt as though they cared enough to give us discounts on formula :( view more

Love it

We started my son on enfamil because we had samples at home and very quickly feeding him became a nightmare. He had a horrible time digesting the food and would be gassy all the time which just made him miserable to be around. Because of the formula with good start and their broken down proteins we decided to give it a shot. Immediately we noticed a difference in his ability to digest food and he became much happier. I know friends who have had great success with enfamil, but for our fussy guy this was the perfect solution to his digestive needs. view more

Worst product ever, hard on babies stoma...

This is a terrible product. My milk wouldn't come in after I had my little boy and I had to supplement with formula. We used this and it caused his little stomach to ache. Formulas are hard on a babies little tummy and I remember him crying and me crying. It broke my heart. I kept trying to get my milk to come in for 3 months. I found a tea called Mama's milk that I drank which was horrible tasting but it caused my milk to finally come down and he was like a different baby. Breastfeeding was so much better for him and his little tummy quit hurting and he wasn't fussy. My sister encouraged me not to give up on breatfeeding although others said too. I am so glad I kept on through all the pain and discomfort. It was so much better for him. After my milk came in and I made sure to get him latched on right... breastfeeding was a breezed and so much more convenient than that crappy formula. To new moms...Don't just throw in the towel over some discomfort put your baby first. Go to a lactation specialist and make sure your baby is latched on correctly. If your mild won't come down get an herbal supplement or a find a tea like I did. Makes all the difference in the world. It gets easier and the baby is better off without the unnatural formulas. It is only in rare instances that formula is actually necessary. view more

Thank Goodness for Protect Plus

We stumbled upon this when I stopped breastfeeding and needed something that wouldn't make my sons stomach horrible. We tried Similac, Enfamil and then finally this. I have recommended this to several others who have babies and will continue to do so. Its worth every cent!! view more

Great for sensitive tummies!

Both my kids had very sensitive tummies as babies. I breastfed both, but sometimes had to supplement with formula and this was the only one that they could tolerate that didn't make them colicky or gassy. Would definitely recommend to anyone whose babies have the same issues. view more
