My first car was a 1990 Pontiac Firebird. Since then I have owned a 2000 Chevrolet Balzer and both times I have had nothing but consistent problems with the GM products. The only time I would recommend gettting a GM car is the 30,000 miles and after that I would trade it in on something better or something foreign. The saddest part is that you can not buy an American when your child is 13 and expect to give it to them by the time they get their license. American companies need to pick up the pace on their products. view more

GMC Sierra

I purchased a GMC Sierra in 2003 and wouldn't trade it. It has over 150.000 miles on it now and still runs like a charm. I have had no major issues with it and aside from regular oil changes, haven't had to do any major maintenance. In my experience, GMC vehicles are well made and very dependable. We own 2 GMC vehicles now and both have been great. view more

After a long relationship with GM, I decided to move onto the blue oval. I must say over the years GM's line-up has become less impressive and with the previous vehicles I have owned, I think it will take ALOT for GM to receive my business again. view more

08 Yukon XL

I have to say GM makes the best SUV's by far. The downside however are some electrical issues; i.e. speakers, power locks and overhead lighting. The vehicle ran great and had all the power and space I could ever ask for but the electronics started to fail after only two which is not acceptable. Then when I tried to take it in it was somehow out of warranty (33k miles and I also had an extended warranty). I do not see myself buying another Government Motors vehicle. view more

GM Maintenance on my Saturn

I have been thoroughly dissatisfied on the routine maintenance I have received on my Saturn since their dealerships closed and GM took over their maintenance. I have had my Saturn in three times for the same problem, a loose bolt in the rear end. Every time, they say it is fixed and a week later, I am back again. I have to make an appoinntment usually at least a week in advance to bring my car in, and then they are usually not on time for the appointments so I either need to have someone pick me up, or wait for quite a few hours. I was really happy with my Saturn Service, too bad GM couldn't have kept up that level of satisfaction. view more

Love my Canyon!

I love my 4 door '07 Canyon! It is just like driving a car, but with a bed in the back! I get great fuel ecomony. My only gripe is with the Warranty. I have had an ongoing issue with the drivers side brake light. I keeps burning out. I have called the dealer several times to check my VIN to see if there are any TSB's or Recalls. None. Finally, one arrives in the mail, I go to book the appointment and the dealer tells me that it doesn't apply to my vehicle. So I tried another dealer, same thing. I wish they would just fix the issue! Also sad that they discontuined the Canyon line. :( view more

Terrain is a cool ride

I bought a 2010 Gmc Terrain May of 2010. It is fun to drive and looks so unique. I love the gas mileage it gets and I feel like I am riding on a cloud it drives so smooth. I am putting it up for spring and summer but when fall and winter come back I will be back in my good reliable buddy my Terrain. view more

so many to choose from

I have had GM cars for over 20 years. I have had an old Cadillac, but lately I have had Firebirds. My last three cars have been Firebirds. I bought a 2002 since it was the last year they made them. I wish they would not have stopped making Pontiacs. We have rented many cars on vacation but usually tried to get the G6. They gave it to us once and we liked it so much that we always asked for it after that. view more

I think GM is a great company. I really wish they would not have dropped the Pontiac line. I would have really liked to see a new Trans Am be released. They have always been my favorite car. Now all I can really hope for is to get a Corvette, view more

2005 Yukon Denali

I love my yukon denali! It has a 6.0L V8, power everything, removable 3rd row seating, DVD, on screen navigation, and so much more! This is the best SUV I have ever driven, and we test drove alot when we bought the Denali! Great truck! view more

Acadia

Just test drove a new GMC Acadia. I was at a dealership with my husband and he was getting his used car looked at there while I looked around a showroom. I LOVE this crossover!! It was so comfortable, alot of good features, GREAT cupholders (very important to me! LOL) and great seating and leg room. I really think when I get rid of my explorer (passing it along to my teenager) I will definitely look at this car within the next year. GREAT crossover! view more

my family and I have owned General Motors vehicles our whole lives. We have had cars and trucks and never had a problem with them other than normal wear and tear, and that has been minimal. I would always buy a GM vehicle view more

Best Cars!!

I have owned many GM vehicles for the past 15 years. Have had ZERO problems and have a family member who has been safe even though he was in 2 major auto accidents. I like the customer service I get at the dealership and find I am always sad to give up my lease. view more
