i havent been able to exercise on a regular basis because of my back condition but with the fitflops im able to tone up my legs without straining my back . they are wonderful!

Very true..maybe you could call ahead of time and ask? If they don't maybe you could locate a store near you that does and try them on there before ordering. Good luck!
