Pet Care Needs I have bought alot from their website. I have been impressed with their prices and usually have free shipping after a certain amount. Been using them for 20 years I have been a loyal Drs. Foster and Smith customer for 20 years now. If I have a question, their staff is always so friendly and helpful. I have used them mostly for vaccines, supplements and medications, with the occaisional treat thrown in. Their pharmacy usually has the best prices and shipping is always free and very fast. Great place for pet needs We love Foster's and Smith. We have ordered from them for a few years now. They have a great selection of items for all our pets, dogs, cats, birds, sugar gliders, rabbits and fish. There shipping is fast, usually 2 days where we live. Their customer service is fantastic. They mistakenly sent us the wrong dog food a while back and when we called them about it they resolved the problem in a way we didn't expect. They over-nighted us a small bag of the correct food until the correct food arrived. They also told us to donate the other food to a local shelter or rescue. We were very impressed by this and immediately contacted the rescue that we got our boxer from, who was more than happy with the generosity. Decent animal supply company I must say that this is a great company with SOME different things in their catalog. However I prefer Care-A-Lot. Doctors Foster and Smith is a bit expensive but like I said they do have some different and unique items. One good thing is they have a lot of natural treats and rawhide bones. I do recommend this catalog/company. Check them out to see what they have to offer. Customer Service is AMAZING! I purchased a wheel from Foster and Smith a little over a month ago, this morning I woke up to find the wheel broken and unusable for my 5 rats. I called the company, and in less than 5 minutes was told that a replacement wheel was being shipped! The agent looked up my account, found the purchase for the wheel, and asked if I wanted a new one. She said it would be sent out ASAP and that I didn't even need to return the broken wheel! This was Customer Service at it's finest! If you need any supplies for your dog, cat, rat, rabbit, ferret, fish, bird, horse, or any other pet go here first!!! Great Selection and Great prices I have informed tons of my dog loving friends about this magazine. They have a big variety of dog treats, toys, medications and more. The best part is it is not just for dogs. The prices are also great. They are cheaper than local pet stores and get more for your money. I subscribe to this magazine and Care-A-Lot and get all my dog needs through both of these magazines. I buy my vaccines here! Love this compan... I always try to find the cheapest price for K9 Advantix and always end up coming back to Doctors Foster and Smith. They usually have free shipping, and I know that the flea and tick medication I purchase is legit. Also, this company is one of the few that sells vaccines to the public. Did you know that in most states, you yourself can give vaccines SAFELY and without a prescription? If you can give a dog an insulin shot, you can give a dog a vaccine. Buying my own vaccines from Dr's Foster and Smith has saved me hundreds of dollars yearly and the dogs don't freak out because they aren't at the vet. Their customer service team rocks, you can call them to walk you through the process of administering vaccines if it is new to you. They are incredibly patient and familiar will the procedures and vaccines. I love this company. Great prices, fast shipping! I love Dr. Foster and Smith! While my vet does not write prescriptions I can use online, I can order my Frontline from them, and their prices are WAY cheaper than the vet's!
