Disappointing I went out and bought this because so many people on YouTube and blogs raved about it, and needless to say, the hype was not worth it. The brush was so big it poked my eye. However now that there are more options out there when it comes to brushes i've liked this less. When I do use it now I use it in addition of another product usually only to separate lashes. Wimpy lashes I really don't like this mascara. It's fine I guess if you already have thick lashes and just want to emphasize them, but I found that it did nothing for volumizing or thickening mine. The definition is fine, but I'd rather have thick lashes than defined ones. view more	Nov 4, 2011	15
Old favorite but time to change I have been using this mascara for a long time. It's a great starting mascara for someone who hasn't really used make-up before. But I've been having more issues recently with it because I've started to have a stronger interest in make-up and trying bolder looks. I feel like it's too clumpy for me now for my thin lashes and it makes my eyes look sloppy. I also feel like the mascara doesn't last me long because I have to put a lot on to get the desired look. DRAMATIC lashes with some fallbacks Lash Blast does what it says it does - it makes thick, long, dramatic lashes. The brush is great and it goes on well and looks nice. The downsides is that it's very hard to get off - even with a fantastic eye makeup remover it's a real challenge to get it all off. And secondly, it has a tendency to flake. Made lashes clump together Judging the commercials I thought this would've been a great mascara. Come to find out it wasn't that great. Not Great but Not The Worst Either I'm not normally one to stick with one kind of mascara, heck I normally go and buy the cheapest of the cheep because I don't wear it all that often. So when I came across a $2.00 off coupon for one Covergirl product I went for the mascara because it was on sale at my local store as well. For a Covergirl product I had high expectations, and they fell short, BUT not by much. It does make my lashes look better, BUT it takes 2 or 3 coats (which is says in the fine print on the back of the package). Also the longer you wear it, it becomes gummy, like it never fully dries which leads to clumping and lashes sticking together. I am such a fan of Covergirl's Lash Blas... I had never been loyal to one brand of mascara & would jump from product to product & never be happy but all that changed when I was introduced to Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara. This is the only product I use now. I really like the chubby brush that seems to grab every lash & defines it. I prefer thick, full lashes & this product really delivers. Not a bad mascara for drug store I liked this mascara, the value is not bad for what you're getting. It made my lashes fuller and longer, it kind of reminds me of DiorShow but of course Dior is better. Sticking with this one! I got this as a free give away when I went to a taping of the Ellen Show. Since shes a Cover Girl all the visiters got a bag full of Goodies. I love this mascara! I've been using the same old kind since High School and I'm so glad this free sample came my way! Makes my lashes long, clump free and adds a ton of volume! Great Value for the Money Cover Girl's Lash Blast mascara is really a great product considering it's available for around $8 at your local drug store. I used to use Lancome mascaras religiously, which cost around three times as much, and basically get the same results. It doesn't flake, lengthens, but doesn't clump. Disapointing I purchased the waterproof version of this mascara having heard all the hype about it and was extremely disappointed with its quality. The product was resistant to water as promised, but that is the only good this I have to say about it. The product?s wand is too thick and the rubber bristles are much too short to allow any ease or control when applying it. But even using another brush this product didn?t offer me much. The product mostly caused my lashes to clump up and stick together, cause many frustrating minutes of brushing my lashes in a useless attempt to try and separate them. The mascara also smudged leaving black circle that my friends thought were bags under my eyes, not a very pretty look. Cover Girl Lastblast Volume is my go to ... Cover Girl Lashblast Volume does make my lashes look bigger, and much more defined without clumping. It's been my standard for years now. I use the regular version which can flake a bit and lead to dark circles, so I think next time I'll try the waterproof version. GREAT Mascara! I love this mascara. I own the waterproof version of it and it really is waterproof, to the point where you need to use a face wash to remove it. It definitely gives my lashes length. It doesn't smudge, clump, or have fallout. It also doesn't weigh my lashes down, which is a problem I've had with other mascaras. The only negative I can think of is that it doesn't do too much to add volume to my lashes. I kind of prefer it that way though because it gives my lashes a more natural look. I've tried at least five mascaras in the last couple years, but lash blast is definitely my favorite. Awesome Mascara This mascara is awesome. It makes my lashes look huge, pretty much to the point where they look false, which I love. It's nice and black, and I actually like the big brush. I'd have to say that this is the most dramatic mascara I've found. This is great if you use it right! Seeing all the commercials they put out with this mascara made me curious. Keep in mind I have very bad luck with choosing makeup. I always get the wrong stuff. Luckily, I had looked up reviews before actually buying this. The reviews were mostly positive though sometimes I feel most of the reviews are fake. The only way to find out was to try it myself. The good: It actually brings volume to my lashes! I don't have the smallest eyelashes you've seen but I definitely don't have the biggest. Although this doesn't bring the FULL false lash look it's a very good night or day look. One or two coats for the day gets you natural full looking lashes, and three or more coats give you slightly clumpier but more full dramatic look for the night. The bad: the brush is great for the top lashes but for the bottom, having the brush bigger than normal mascara wands is probably not the best idea. I get mascara on the skin under my eye. I have learned to avoid this by sticking a business card under the area and then putting mascara on. Also keep in mind that it won't always give you good results if you are in a rush. If you do it really fast it will give you more clumpy looking lashes, but can be avoided by wiggling the brush as you are going through your lashes. Overall this is a GREAT mascara for everyday use and I LOVE the fact that it comes in waterproof. Perfect for summer. view more	May 10, 2011	32
best mascara ever! i'm in love with this mascara! i've used a maybelline mascara i think it's called collasal or something and i didn't like it. when my friend told me about this mascara she really motivated me to get it. it doesn't clump and it's perfect. i already have long lashes but i wanted to try and get some volume on it. the mascara feels natural on my lashes and my lashes doesn't feel hard. i love the wand/brush too! definitely buying another when mine runs out! view more	May 9, 2011	37
Lash-tastic I purchased Lash Blast after seeing so many great reviews of it online and on youtube. The size of the brush and bristles intrigued me. It has been compared to BADgal mascara because of the size of the brush but In my opinion this is 10x better. I already have long lashes but i need something that will provide volume and seperate without leaving my eyelashes feeling like cardbord and this was an answer to my frustrations of serching thru and wasting money on all the high end products. I bought this by accident! What luck! I accidentally bought Cover Girl Lash Blast one day when I was in a hurry. I figured that since I already had it I might as well try it. What a lucky mistake. Since trying the product I have never purchased another brand. The wand may seem intimidating at first, but it is something you will get used to with a little practice. I personally think the wand does a much better job at separating and defining my lashes. The formula doesn't clump unless you get foreign material inside the tube. best mascara won't buy anything else I'm the type who is constantly buying new make up products, because I feel like there is always something better out there or i'm not fully satisfied with my current collection. They give me the most amount of thickness and length and people always ask me if my lashes are real because you can build this mascara to a false lash look thats very dramatic. Great, cheap mascara! I have this in the waterproof version. I like this mascara because it darkens and lengthens, and holds a curl perfectly! It doesn't smudge or flake. I can actually go to the pool with this and still come out with my mascara looking great. It holds a curl extremely well, really opening up my eyes. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wished it would volumnize a little more. good but dries out later this really makes my little barely there eyelashes pop and looks great, but after a few hours, it seems to flake and irritate my eyes. Go to mascara! This is the only mascara I use and will continue to use! It lasts all day and gives a definition to my lashes unlike most mascara's. I have found that many other brands I've tried give the "spider" effect, clumping all my lashes together, it's not a sophisticated look. Cover Girl Lash Blast I gave this a 2 because it's an OK mascara. It didn't flake on me. BUT, and this is a big BUT, it did nothing for my lashes other than to paint them black. The wand is so huge it's like trying to cover your lashes with a bristly baseball bat. It didn't lengthen and most certainly didn't volumize. I tried to give it my sister, who has beautiful long lashes and was a previous lash blast user, and she turned me down because she'd found a better brand. I threw it in the trash after 2 uses. The search continues I don't have an issue with the length of my lashes, volume is what I need. This product does add volume but not anything OTT. I prefer dry mascaras, so I find this to be a slightly wet formula. As with all the Lash Blast the packaging and the wand are awkward, but you get use to it after a while. Need to stop the fall outs I like CoverGirl Lash Blast because it gave my lashes great volume unlike any other mascara, three stars for that. I didn't like it because the brush was a little to big, could'nt get the mascara on the top lashes with out coating the bottoms. By evening I have little black flakes under my eyes and sometimes it looks like I smudged eye liner under my eyes, minus two stars.
