Diet Coke the best I love diet coke. Cherry Coke Zero I love the zero line from Coca Cola. When I worked at the call center for the company we had the chance to try all the products prior to their release. Vanilla Coke I was in the gas station today and wanted a soda with caffeine to keep me focused on the road while a take a 4 hour drive and I decided to buy a Vanilla Coke, because I instantly fell in love with it when it first came out back in 2002. I don't know what they did to the formula, or if the taste is different because of the HFC, but I was not very pleased. It didn't have that creamy aftertaste that you expect with this product and for the 260 calories, I would have been more content with the Coke Zero or Cherry Coke to satisfy my caffeine needs since the taste wasn't worth the extra calories. Coke vs Pepsi At 52, I have never liked any other brand of cola & I think that I've tried them all. My husband is most definitely a coke drinker, as well. One day in an effort to save some money, I bought pepsi & cherry pepsi for my husband. You'd have thought that I ran over his favorite pet. He drinks colas with meals & uses them as mixers in his rum & coke. Well, I figured that if he was mixing them, he wouldn't notice the difference. WRONG!!!! I got read the riot act & was told that I would have to drink the rest. My reaction? WRONG!!!! Hence, I went back to the store the next day & bought Coke & Cherry Coke. Since he had tried one of each, I couldn't return either 12 pack, but guess what I'll be giving to my yardmen or whoever I can pawn them off on. Lesson learned? Cheaper is definitely NOT better. Fuzzy and Warm I love Coke. I got a chance to go to the World of Coca Cola in Atlanta and try all kinds of Coke from all over the world. Some where good and some where very bad but it made my love for Coke grow. I got to see how Coke was bottles and see a lot of things I never have seen before. Coke is not always the same. It's strange but I don't always have the same reaction to coke when I drink it. Sometimes it is so good and refreshing and tastes great. It gives me a slight lift and goes down smoothly. However, there are times when it doesn't taste good and leaves me without refreshment, or any lift, but only a bad taste in my mouth. Coke Zero - A Wonder of Nature How do they do it? Really? Do I even want to know? Coke Zero has got to be the best soft drink on the market hands down. With the same great taste of Coke without any of the guilt in consuming vast amounts of sugar. I gave up Coke all together before Coke Zero came out. What Coke ought to do is slowly mix in Coke Zero into regular Coke and start increasing the Zero to regular ratio over a period of five years and DON'T TELL ANYONE. No Competition I don't drink soda very often and I NEVER buy store brand cola. In my opinion there is no acceptable substitute for real Coca-Cola. It is sweet and tangy. It is refreshing. And it is really tasty with vanilla ice cream. It is also very versatile because it tastes good with cherry syrup, vanilla syrup, or chocolate syrup.
