The original remains a kiddie favorite today, proof that (surprise) kids still like candy.

Who doesn't love Candy Land? Candy Land... what good memories it brings back. I played it as a child with my parents and I played it with my children when I became a parent. Great game for children. A timeless game I used to love playing Candyland. This game is timeless. However, I'm wondering whether they have ever come out with a new version of Candyland or if they left well enough alone. Lord Licorice The grumpy Lord Licorice sneaks through the Licorice Forest. Be careful, he may try to block your way along the path with his icky, sticky licorice! Lord Licorice is not like anyone else in Candy Land. He's always up to some plan to turn all of Candy Land to Licorice - the Licorice Castle, Licorice Lake, Licorice Mountains and Licorice Acres. Classic games! Classic games like Candy Land are the best games out there! I played this when I was a kid & then played with my kids when they were little. I love that they have come out with different versions and characters for the game over the years.
