Biofreeze Worked Better Than Anything El...

For years I have gotten a sore neck from overuse or just sleeping in a bad position. I had tried so many achey muscle creams, but none worked as well as the Biofreeze that my nephew gave me. Arthritis sufferers best friend

I have suffered from arthritis and fibromylgia for over 13 years. Pain is a constant and daily factor in my life. It is unavoidable but I have found ways to cope and have some sense of normalcy. One of the ways I find relief is by using BioFreeze. It goes on cool and warms up as it penetrates through your skin into your muscles. It then spread deep into the tissue to give a long lasting relief. Not only does it help relieve the pain in joints, it helps to loosen spasming muscles and knots that can accompany pain. BioFreeze went one step further by providing this product in a roll-on form. This allows you or someone to "roll-on" the product directly on the spot that needs relief without your or their hands touching it. It does have a eucalyptus fragrance that you may not wish to have on your hands or have to wash it off. Plus there is no danger of you accidentally rubbing your eyes with any BioFreeze still on your hands, as this would burn. It is compact enough to easily become travel size. I find BioFreeze to be more lasting than a heating pad and more effective than BenGay. I highly recommend this product! view more

amazing product but be careful!

BioFreeze is an amazing product hands down, I absolutely love it and my family, friends, and I all have used it for many years. It helps take away pain from sore muscles, joint pain, and aches. You must be careful when using this product however. If you have injured a muscle, use this, and keep doing what ever you were doing while you hurt it; u may hurt it more. The BioFreeze will mask the pain and you can overuse it which may result in a more serious injury. view more

iffy at best

Soooooooo as a massage therapist I am familiar with this product. I personally don't think it has any affect on me what so ever. The way it works is it stimulates your nerves into thinking it is feeling something cool tricking your brain into thinking there is ice and relief coming your way. I don't see how it will take down the swelling in the muscle and relieve the muscle of toxins stuck in it. If I had a choice between biofreeze and ice I definitely go with ice. I personally will not purchase this item I would rather invest in an ice pack. view more
