Great products - Bad Customer Service

Archetype has beautiful eyeshadows, unique colors and finishes, mostly duochrome, frequently tri-chrome, and the highest level of sparkle without using harmful plastic or metal glitter. However, the ship times are horrendous (anywhere from 4 weeks to 6 months to never!), and even though they have a "Contact Us" button/email address, they do not reply to customer inquiry. I find it worth buying from them, but do not do so if there is a deadline for when you need a specific product. I have loved 95% of the eyeshadows I've purchased from Holly, and the foundation has great coverage, but the lipstick sample I bought smelled and tasted bad....kind of chemical. view more
