All you have to do is go to your local Arby's, make a purchase of any amount, and on the back of your receipt there will be instructions on how to take the survey and get your free sandwich. I agree that Arby's is pricey. I save it for roadtrips....a tradition with me. Arby's is so much better if you can find a really busy location...so food is always fresh. I love one of their chicken sandwiches...can't remember the name right now.
