Long Lasting iPod I got my 30GB ipod five or six years ago (maybe more) and it's still working great! I thought I was crazy for paying so much at the time, but I use it for music and audio books all the time, both at home and while I'm out. I love the notes thing. The games have saved me from boredom on several occasions, and being able to watch videos is awesome too! Way better products! I used to swear off Apple products, however once I got my iPhone I couldnt get enough. Now I refuse to use anything else. Great personalized gifts While I know that there are often deals elsewhere to get Ipods for less money, ordering them through the apple website also includes free engraving for the ipod, you can choose from their suggested messages for different occasions or create your own. Halo Effect I admit it I was enveloped by the iPod halo affect 6 years ago. After a first gen iPod I bought an iBook, iPod minis, video iPods, iPhones, and now an iMac. It is difficult to swallow the cost but it is a matter of value for your dollar. I have owned Apple products for years and I love them because they just work. Pricey, but well worth the extra money Just bought my first personal Macbook. Much better than windows and the hardware seems to be much more reliable. I have previously owned PC (an HP) laptop and the hardware on them was barely built to last the warranty. Besides mac is so much easier to use. Ipod Touch love I love my ipod touch. It brings so much joy to my life. You can surf web, download apps and music, watch youtube vids, play games, listen to radio, and about a hundred other things and all you need is a wifi connection. IPhone for Verizon So it is rumor that as of 2010 Apple and Verizon might be mending their forces, to release the first CDMA IPhone. I can not speak for everyone but i am super excited. I currently have the blackberry Storm and I do enjoy it but the IPhone has my heart! All the great apps (like the Fashion Closet) and the way you just slide your finger up and down, left and right, makes me feel all tingly inside. All in all, I am definitely excited, maybe more then I should be at this point, about this exciting news!
