Good makeup - bad skincare!

I am torn on Aloette. I have really liked all of their cosmetic items that I have tried - blushes, eye shadows, etc. However, I have strongly disliked all of their skincare that I have tried. I have acne prone skin and all of their products (even their acne spot treatment) have made me break out! Maybe their skincare isn't suited for my type of skin. Overall, if you have young, acne-prone skin maybe look elsewhere. But if you have normal or dry skin, these products might work for you. Their makeup is great though!! Long-lasting and pigmented! view more

So glad I was shown these products.

My mother has used Aloette, and when she buys the items she wants she is often send samples of other things. She passes those onto me. I recently have been using their Ageless science product and wasn't expecting much to be honest. Wow, was I ever surprised. I noticed a different in my skin right away. Not to sound cliche, but there was definately a diferent glow in my skin. I will continue using this product, and be purchasing it in the future. view more

Aloepure Simply Clear

I used this skin care line throughout my teenage years when my acne was at its worst, and it certainly did its job! The key to clear skin was consistently sticking with the regime, and using all 3 steps (the cleanser, toner and moisturizer). Their products smell absolutely delightful, it kinda smelt like oranges and some sort of light perfume. It definitely has a light scent to it, so if you don't do well with perfume, this product isn't for you. The price was a little hard to swallow ($60 + tax for the 3 step system) but it probably lasted me almost 3 months of continuous use. I wouldn't say that their products are on the high end of the price scale, but definitely pricier then Clean & Clear. The money was worth spending IMO to have clear skin. I have only ever bought through a consultant, but it would appear you can now purchase off of their website. view more

Pour les peaux allergène ces produits sont fantastiques. Même les cosmétiques donnent des résultats fabuleux au même titre que ceux vendus à des prix beaucoup plus élevés en magasin, j'adore leur mascaras qui ne coule pas, ne fait pas de grumeaux et allonge les cils pour donner un regard spectaculaire. view more

I am not impressed with this brand.

I hate to be a downer but I have tried several Aloette products and was unimpressed. The face serum stung, the enzyme peel was like rubbing rubber cement on my face, and the creams just didn't do it for me. They are not all natural as they seem to indicate and are very pricey. I am not a fan. I am sure these products work for many others but I feel they are overpriced for the results I have gotten. I don't intendto try anything else from the brand. view more
