Great Pain reliever I have an allergy to Tylenol (acetamenophin) and cannot use any products that contain this ingredient. Advil is my main choice for pain relief. It works well on cramps, headaches, muscle pains, etc. The only problem I have with Advil is the fact that I cannot find a product comparable to Nyquil/Dayquil that contains only ibuprofen, but I keep hoping that someday Advil will put something along this line on the market! view more	Oct 25, 2011	20

Fast acting headache relief Advil is my go to medicine for headache relief. Within 15 minutes of taking two Advil's my headache starts to go away. I have a headache about one to two times a month. I try to take Advil the minute I feel it so that it doesn't get out of control. However, we were flying a few weeks ago and my headache was bordering on Migraine when we landed. Best one out there I don't know if it's a placebo effect or what, but Advil is the best painkiller in the market for me. I find that taking just one tablet is enough to cure my constant headache/migraine in no time. Advil Allergy Sinus-Worked within 20 min... My first allergy season living in the Southwest and Advill Allergy Sinus did the trick! Within 25 minutes of taking 1 dose, I was feeling 75% better! It did not cause me any drowsiness as stated on the packaging. Size of pill is just right..I have a problem swallowing larger sized pills.
