On Memorial Day weekend, the Hallmark Channel is going to air a mini-series titled Shark Swarm (click that link to see the trailer), a genre-loyal movie about (you guessed it) killer sharks. But this movie is relevant to BzzAgent for two reasons.
Reason one: The sharks attack in swarms, much like bees.
Reason two: My brother, Matthew, wrote it (with his writing partner).
This is wildly exciting for me, and the series is going to be great (the uncut DVD comes out the following week). So if anyone is interested in shark movies or curious about how cool my brother is, check it out. And now for the most overused phrase in marketing: if you don’t get the Hallmark Channel, contact your cable operator.

Thanks for letting us know about your brother Matthew’s shark project. I checked out the trailer and it looks like something I will enjoy. I especially enjoyed the line ‘behaving with the swarm mentality’. My dogs weren’t so crazy about the music but you can’t please everyone

Great Joe and congrats to your bother. Wish we had cable. But we are going to get it soon. Have had it in the past, but wasn’t worth the money we where paying. And when I found out I had cancer 4 years ago that was the first thing I had to cancel. But I’ve now been in remission 2 years as of 4/28/08 and owe all to GOD and the support from family and friends. And now on to the question everyone is waiting on: when – when – when does the new reward system begin. Can’t you give us a hint. p l e a s e
WOW Joe had to come back. I watched the trailer clip. Got to see this movie. Will diffently buy it when it comes out on the DVD. I remember when Jaws came along. I read the book and then saw the movie. Was awesome. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Wow the trailer looks awesome…My daughter has this fascination with Sharks…She watches open jawed and then won’t go swimming in big lakes…We will enjoy the movie…
Ok to be honest i watched that trailer with the first thought being oh hooray*dripping with sarcasm* look another end of the world shark attack movie. woop woop. But there are some good actors in there. wow , i was kinda impressed with the actors for this and i actually loved the idea of the chemicals causing this kind of behavioural change in animals. very cool! congrats and I plan on seeing this!

Props to your brother, but this swarm will attack pretty soon if something doesn’t happen here. The campaigns are handed out completely lopsided, no rewards (“May” is pretty darn vague) and now this completely OT post.
